By: Sungon 27 June 2023The Yonex Vcore 95, while presenting initial challenges, establishes itself as a remarkable tennis racket. Purchased from Tennisdirect, the racket arrived promptly, strung with Yonex Poly Tour Pro at 52lbs, and had excellent quality control. Despite an underwhelming first hit, with power and spin seeming lacking, this racket's true potential shone through on the second day. The balance and feel, although requiring adjustment, offered impressive control, and an increase in power and spin made it a dream to handle for a high B grade club player in their 30s. However, it is not a racket that carries the game for you. It lacks an immediate wow factor and necessitates a player ready to move more and make an effort with each shot. The Yonex Vcore 95 is for those who value finesse and control and are willing to put in the work to reap its benefits.
