Good Inguinal Hernia briefs

Over internet I found I have Inguinal Hernia due to lifting heavy timbers 30 years ago. It has 2 bulges when walking and causes discomfort, some pain when lifting heavy things (in bed it flattens out). To avoid an operation (risk of complications reported) I got M-Brace Hernia Briefs M size. I found them good with its pads in restraining bulges in walking/lifting heavy things. Thus less discomfort or pain. More pressure on hernia with constipation- dissolved epsom salts can help- see internet.
